Star Cargo, s.l. operates on a centralized communication system whereby all communication is sent to Madrid head office. Communication including pre-alert, rate request, daily operations matters and account settlement is distributed to branch offices daily. This ensures that shipments are monitored closely and payment is safeguarded.

The most common communication chanel is now E-Mail. However, we also welcome the use of faxes.
